0% cancellation fee applies for tours cancelled up to 7 days before the tour date.
50% cancellation fee applies for tours cancelled within 1-7 days of departure.
100% cancellation fee applies for tours cancelled within 24 hours of departure when no notice is given.
A 100% cancellation fee applies for no-shows. Coast to Hinterland Tours accepts no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated pick-up points at designated times.
If notice of cancellation is given and the tour is re-booked there is no charge.
Cancellation Fee is the total value of the tour/s.
Tour dates may be changed up to 24 hours prior to departure generally for FREE, however in some cases a fee of $20 per booking may apply depending on the tour. Date changes within 24 hours may be requested however Coast to Hinterland Tours reserves the right to refuse to grant any change due to insufficient notice.
No refund is payable if a passenger is not at the departure point at the nominated departure time to participate in the tour. Guests should ensure that they know exactly where the departure point is and should arrive there at least 10 minutes early.
Our tours are not weather dependent. Actually the rainy days are always our busiest. All tours will depart regardless of rain or other weather conditions unless we are aware of conditions / forecasts that would make it unsafe to.
Pick up locations vary depending on the tour. Certain tours depart from the Maroochydore region, other tours depart from the Noosa region and some tours have pick up locations for both regions. Please check Coast to Hinterland website under each tour for details.
No, if you have paid in full and you have received an electronic voucher via email , then there is no need to reconfirm your booking.
The exact pick-up time will be confirmed via the telephone number supplied at time of booking the day before departure.
You must add special comments when booking if you require special dietary requirements. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request, however Coast to Hinterland are unable to offer a guarantee on behalf of the partners we work with. We will inform you in advance if a specific dietary request is not available.

Babies up to 6 months old
Babies up to 6 months of age must be in an approved rear-facing restraint that is properly fastened and adjusted. We recommend babies stay in a rear-facing restraint for as long as their size allows.
Babies and children—6 months to 4 years. Babies and children from 6 months and up to 4 years must be in an approved child restraint that is properly adjusted and fastened. The child restraint may be rear-facing or forward-facing with a built-in harness.
Children—4 to 7 years
Children aged 4 years and up to 7 years may be in an approved child restraint that is forward-facing with a built-in harness that is properly adjusted and fastened. They may also be in an approved booster seat secured with an adult lap-sash seat-belt or a fastened and adjusted H-Harness
Children 7 years and over
Children who are 7 years and over may sit in a standard seat with an adult seat-belt, or an approved booster seat/cushion secured with an adult lap-sash seat-belt or an H-Harness
Generally no, our tour van is not equipped to store wheelchairs or strollers due to limited storage space. Please enquire before booking for clarification on a particular tour.
We’re happy to welcome children on board our tours. Children’s prices apply for all children aged 3-14 years. Child seats are NOT available. Parents, guardians or the client are responsible to provide all child restraint and booster seats.
Our touring vehicles have minimal storage space, so any more than a small day pack is undesirable. Large bags, prams & strollers cannot be stored on board. If you need to bring along any more than this, please be sure to let us know at the time of booking, as it may be necessary to purchase an extra seat to accommodate your luggage.
